Upon arrival to Sunrise Supported Living, your very own resident’s consultant (whom you will know very well by now) will greet you and show you to your new home.

Your telephone, internet, electricity, and insurances will already be connected and your lunch and dinner is already being prepared by our chef so you can truly rest assured that Sunrise has it under control.

On move in day, we realise that stress levels can be high. You have the choice to be a part of the unpacking process, or you can let us whisk you away to an activity and meet some residents and your new neighbours with a cuppa.

Throughout the day you will be introduced to our friendly team and of course our village manager who will help you settle in to your new home in no time at all.
